Rental Information
Cart Rentals by Chill Out
Carts rent for $75.00 per day. Delivery/pickup fee of $35.00 within a 25-mile radius of Lebanon, IN. Outside the 25 mile radius it will be $1.40 per mile.
Minimum order of $250.00 in product.
We accept checks, cash, or credit card. This can be handled when we deliver, or you can send us a check.
We do reserve the right to make a product substitution if absolutely necessary. It would be very rare that this might be necessary, and be assured that everything possible will be done to avoid this. We would also try to contact you to get your suggestion if at all possible.
We do not rent carts without a product order, nor do we allow customers to pick up the cart. We can make special arrangements for large orders (multiple carts) and special delivery needs (prior day delivery or day after pickup).

We wanted to serve a unique dessert for our Contractor Appreciation Event, and Chill Out, Inc. truly "delivered". Not only did they provide a wide selection of scrumptious, individually-wrapped ice cream desserts, Chill Out, Inc. also took away any stress by even personally delivering them to our event along with a refrigerator cart and colorful umbrella to use! What I loved so much about Chill Out is how easy it was to work with their team, they responded quickly to my emails and made the ordering process so much easier. They even showed up to our event location a few days beforehand to make sure they delivered to the correct location the day of my event, which was awesome! The day of they were on time and everyone loved the ice cream! It stayed chilled in the ice cream cart even on such a hot day. I will definitely recommend Chill Out to others and will use them in the future!

Searched the internet to find a local ice cream cart company. Reached out to Chill Out and another company. Chill Out responded immediately. Never heard from the other Company. Chill Out is a fun contribution to add to any celebration. Our employees loved having the ice cream for our Summer Picnic. It was a great way to cool people down on a very hot June afternoon. On-time delivery and quick pick-up after the event. The bonus to Chill Out is you get to work with its owner, Sissy Martin.
